Structure
Our company has 30 thousand square meters compound, sized and prepared for a wide range of logistical and industrial operations, and divided in:
Warehousing
- Main 10.000m2 warehouse able to store over 100.000 MT of bulk sugar
- 05 Silos with up to 15.000 MT storage capacity
- Patio and Circulation Areas
- Expedition with 16 docs for loading and unloading of trucks and containers
Packing Unit
We count with a Sugar Packing Industrial Unit, able to produce a wide range of products and sizes:
- - 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, 25kg and 30kg paper bags SOS type;
- - 500g to 5kg flowpack flexible plastic packages or stand up pouches;
- - 500g to 2kg rigid plastic pots;
- - 5g Sachets
Package Industry
All the packages used (both the Primary as the Secondary) are produced at Nacional Pack and Interpack, both affiliated companies and from our economic group, being able to deliver the materials “just in time” and at the most competitive rate, given there are no additional freighting costs for the paper bags and plastic foils ready for production.
In addition, IDEAL COMMERCE counts with an exclusive creation and development team to assist our clients with possible private labels designs and layouts, apart from studying each individual market’s necessities and creating new packaging formats and sizes to fit specific demands.
